Jason grew up in Long Island, NY. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, he entered the family business of successful retail stores across New York City. Instilled in his training was working hard from the bottom up. Starting from the bottom he was taught that you have to know the ins and out of your industry, along with how to build lifelong relationships.

Jason switched coasts in 2003 and moved to San Diego, where he continued owning and operating retail stores. While growing the business and eventually selling the stores off, he became involved in real estate investments, renovating properties and acquiring personal real estate. After exiting retail, he launched a direct-to-consumer manufacturing company with the founders/execs of TUMI. After 3 years he sold his shares in the company and exited the business.

Following his true passion for real estate Jason loves putting his negotiating skills to work. Today, as one of San Diego’s top luxury real estate agents, he’s responsible for record-breaking deals with a personal sales volume of more than $100,000,000 within the last 2.5 years. A strong work ethic, dedication, and the ability to craft a deal sets him apart from his competition.

Living in Rancho Santa Fe with his wife and daughter, he enjoys the west coast but also loves going back to his hometown of New York.
